Rainstorms, thunder, lightening, wind!  It's glorious and so welcome in the desert....the gardens are uncontrollable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The pueblo silversmiths have spent their winter production in anticipation of the tourist season. Navajo artists have jewelry and rugs on almost every corner in Albuquerque's Old Town and the Plaza of Santa Fe.  Taos streets are traffic jams with tourists cramming every shop.  What a glorious season.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Shell, Coral, Turquoise and Sterling Silver are the latest hot items, but there are gemstones for everyone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's a great way to go into fall, Christmas shopping done! Huevos Rancheros, red chili, hash browns and an endless parade of hopeful Navajo vendors .
